- Click here to fill out our online order form.
- We do require you to download and use our count sheet. Please save it first and then fill it out. Save it again on your computer once you are done, then email a copy to us. The form can be downloaded HERE (Right click and click ‘save link as’).
- Important notes: Please put your team name at the top of the first page of the count sheets and please also list the team nickname or division if applicable (All-star teams only). Song name goes in the “song selection” box, artist names for each song listed on your count sheets only need to be listed on your order form along with the song name. Each “count” box only allows so many characters so please limit your details (e.g. – “Heel Stretch” as “Stretch”, “Toe Touch” as “TT”, etc). We only need to know where things hit or where you want a sound effect by showing us that hit on the count sheet. Here are some common short terms:
THE COUNT SHEET automatically sizes your type to fit each box, do not worry and please do not try to re-size your text. Please make sure you make note of the “routine section” in the far right hand column. You only need to do this for the first line of that section, not every line within that routine section as well as the song name.
If you are having trouble loading, viewing or using the count sheet, please make sure you have the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader version. You can make sure that is installed by going here ADOBE ACROBAT READER.
Windows 8 and other newer operating systems will sometimes cause problems with the count sheet because of the Windows 8 Metro bundle or other operating system default PDF viewers. You can disable this. Please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and that you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader when opening, filling out and saving the count sheets so that they work as they should.
After receiving your order, we will contact you via email with exact pricing for your order, and instructions detailing how to go about making your payment online or through regular mail.
